Refinery Row at minus 20 Celsius...
At minus 20, the refineries around Edmonton expel a lot of water vapour used during the refinery of oil. Many of Canada's largest oil companies have operations in the area including this small refinery on the eastern part of the city. This PetroCanada refinery produces gasoline for many of the PetroCanada stations in western Canada.

It may be an eyesore but a necessary one. Do you guys ever thaw out? Day after day of so much cold must get into your bones.
such eyesores do have peculiar charm
